For the month of July, we're celebrating the season with SUMMER FIXE. A thoughtfully curated three-course prix fixe menu available for lunch ($35) and dinner ($55). Designed around the freshest ingredients of the season and the cooking philosophy that defines The Standard, each menu offers a limited-time opportunity to experience our kitchen through the flavours of summer.
Unlike our à la carte menu, Summer Fixe is intentionally curated. Every dish has been selected to highlight seasonal produce, refined technique, and the ingredients we're most excited to cook with right now.
A Lunch Worth Taking Your Time For.
Our $35 three-course lunch brings together bright, seasonal flavours and comforting favourites, making it equally suited for a business lunch, a leisurely afternoon, or a midday escape in downtown Hamilton.
Begin with a choice of seasonal starters like Lion's Mane Mushroom, Fire-Roasted Eggplant, or "Peaches + Cream," where heirloom tomatoes, burnt peach, stracciatella, and basil celebrate the height of Ontario's summer harvest.
For your entrée, choose between our Standard Burger, Cod + Chips, Nectarine + Goat Cheese Salad, or Mussels + Frites, each showcasing the balance of thoughtful ingredients and approachable refinement that defines our kitchen.
Lunch concludes with a shared Milk Bread Pudding + Gelato, bringing the experience together with warm vanilla bean gelato, Chantilly, and cherry.

As the evening unfolds, our $55 three-course dinner offers a more elevated expression of Summer Fixe while remaining rooted in the same philosophy: exceptional ingredients, prepared with intention.
The experience begins with a selection of dishes designed for the table, including Lion's Mane Mushroom, Crab Dumplings, and "Peaches + Cream." Together, they create a shared opening that encourages conversation before the main course arrives.
Entrée selections include Arctic Char with kombu crust and lobster butter, Picanha Steak served with beef-fat frites and marchand de vin, or Summer Corn Agnolotti, where sweet seasonal corn, smoked butter, pecorino, and Aleppo pepper capture the essence of the season.
To finish, choose between the elegant Tigchelaar Strawberry Fraisier, layered with almond sponge and chamomile cream, or our comforting Milk Bread Pudding + Gelato.
