Chef’s Table · Carte Blanche is a multi-course tasting menu composed nightly and served without preface. The menu is intentionally unrevealed, allowing each dish to arrive on its own terms and unfold as part of a deliberate progression shaped by the kitchen in real time.
Seated directly at the chef’s table, guests are positioned ringside to the line—inside the rhythm of service, where focus, precision, and timing are on full display. This is the restaurant at its most immediate: unfiltered, disciplined, and deeply intentional.
Ingredients are selected with a hyper-local, micro-seasonal approach, often appearing for a single evening before giving way to the next expression of the season. Technique is applied with restraint, prioritizing clarity, balance, and depth over excess.
