A Chef-Guided European Beer Pairing Dinner

Join us for an intimate, ticketed evening inspired by Europe’s great beer halls, brasseries, and cellar doors—interpreted through Canadian seasonality and contemporary craft.

This one-night experience features a five-course chef’s tasting menu built around locally sourced ingredients, paired with a tightly curated selection of exceptional European beers. Many are produced in limited quantities and rarely poured beyond their regions of origin, chosen for balance, depth, and a clear expression of place.

The evening unfolds course by course under the guidance of our culinary team and chef, formally inducted into the Chevalerie du Fourquet des Brasseurs. Guests are guided through each pairing with insight into brewing tradition, regional style, and the intentional relationship between beer and plate.

Designed to be unhurried and highly personal, this experience is limited in seating and will not be repeated—an evening defined by craft, storytelling, and precision.
